Structured Funding is a specialized financial entity and advisory firm that primarily invest in consumer and commercial related assets. We strategically identify and capitalize on changing market opportunities through bulk loan pool acquisitions, C&I loan originations, bridge lending, structured finance, mortgage loan trading, and secondary marketing/loan sales.

We maintain a broad network of relationships and proactive marketing initiatives to identify single-family and commercial loan pool opportunities for acquisition and to assist in creating an efficient screening and diligence process to underwrite and close transactions.
Loan Sales
We strive to provide our partners with a profitable and efficient portfolio strategy by creating the procedures, establishing the relationships, and identifying the analytics required for our partners to engage in bulk loan sales and securitizations
Loan Originations
Our goal is to grow the loan portfolio by securely originating high-credit quality C&I loans, credit facilities, and structure loans while managing the operational, regulatory, and financial risk associated with originating these loan products
